Basket ball reflection

Basketball Reflection

Write down five things to think about when you bounce a basketball.
  1. Feet shoulder width apart
  2. Fingers wide apart
  3. Keep the ball underneath your hip or waist
  4. Keep your hand moving
  5. Move with bouncing

What are the main four parts of basketball?
  1. Passing
  2. Dribbling
  3. Shooting
  4. Moving

How can you protect the ball from a defender? keep the defender behind yourself

What was challenging for you? I had never played basketball before so it was a bit tricky learning.

What was your favorite part? Doing the little games to learn basketball

What would you have liked to have learned more of? How to do a really big game with every body

What is something you learned? That you don't ever run with the ball you bounce it when running

Swimming Reflection

(1) I need to improve on freestyle
because I need to practice breathing to the side and keeping my arm straight at the same time.

(2) I really need to practice on backstroke because I am not that good at keeping my arms straight.

(3) I just need to get my legs going round and round for backstroke.
